SERVICES
We assist and advise on all aspects of enjoying wine, collecting wines, investing in wine, the storing of wine and a selection of related services. We offer a broad range of tailored business solutions including, wine gifts, incentive packages, tastings, vineyard visits and education.

WINE CLUBS: We provide a regular Wine Club, THE TASTE CASE which provides all subscribers with a mixed case of our finest picks of the season. THE TASTE CASE is an opportunity to enjoy some of the finest hand-made wines released anywhere in the world. Click here for more details.
VALUATION: In today's fine wine market prices are moving almost daily. Accurate valuations for insurance quotes, probate and broking purposes are available through HarperWells. We provide an inexpensive, accurate and simple wine valuation service for wine collections throughout the Norwich, Norfolk & the UK. STORAGE: Wines purchased at HarperWells can now be stored at our warehouses in East Anglia. The conditions are ideal for mid to long-term storage and wines are insured at replacement value.
In short, the system operates as follows:
• Storage will be duty paid only (in other words – not under bond).
• The storage will run January – December at £6 per calendar year.
• Cases* placed in storage from July receive a reduced rate of £3 until the end of the year.
• Fees will be charged at date of purchase then at each January thereafter.
*Cases are defined as a single unit of storage from 1 to 12 bottles. As with most storage solutions part cases may not be removed without a re-process and charge for remaining wines.
Local and Nationwide delivery will be charged at the prevailing rate for insured & secure delivery.
CELLAR BUILDING & FITTING: We work alongside SORRELLS to provide effective wine storage and cellar fitting solutions. SORRELLS specialise in the design, manufacture, distribution and installation of a range of finest quality wine storage solutions. From single racks to complete wine cellar design and installation they can provide you with a fully functional climate controlled cellar to store and display your wines. WINE TASTINGS: HarperWells specialise in wine tastings for private clients, wine clubs and corporate clients. Our wine tasting package is tailored to your specific requirements. Formal, informative, light hearted or technical, all can be provided.
