Leonildo Pieropan Calvarino Soave Classico 2008

Calvarino takes its name, ‘little Calvary’, from the steepness of the slope and the difficulty this presents in working the vineyard. Light gold in colour, with greenish reflections when young, becoming more golden in colour with age. On the nose it is perfumed and floral, with notes of elderflower and fresh cherries, with a touch of lemon when young.
