With an ex-sommelier and several self-confessed wine-nuts on the team we really understand the wine market and what works for our customers. Sometimes the cheapest wine won’t sell. Sometimes the most expensive wine isn’t necessarily the best one available – or the best option for your wine list. Give us your list or tell us about your business and we’ll seek out wines to match to your requirements and optimise your offering.
What this means is that we are happy to share our knowledge advising establishments such as Gastro Pubs, Restaurants, Hotels and Wine Bars with what wines suit their business. This service also includes wine and food matching, staff training, support/reference material as well as design and production of a venues wine list.
